mila miau #1 - Enya (video)

https://youtu.be/eT26niuNfCg?si=bGSvDGqpywU6VPPY

Off last weeks release - “Enya” is the remains of the working title “Enya Dreamkaare” which in danish is a play on words between the genre Dreamcore and the name Kaare.

The track is build on sampling a broken Enya CD and diving into ethereal glitchgaze. Recorded with sp404a, fender guitars, Juno 106 and drum samples in the temporary built studio at Råværket, Kolding.

“Megahval In The SKY” is a collab by @shubididua and @zeebra_finch and also the first record I’m putting out on mila miau. The music originates from a week of intense recordings in the outskirts of Kolding, DK. These experimentations turned aorund sleep patterns, and involved, samplers, guitar pedals, cd glitch and euphoria which manifests in a record carrying both songs along instrumentals.

Matias took the music back to Berlin where he made final edits, additional recordings, together with mixing and mastering the record.

Produced in Kolding, Copenhagen and Berlin through 2022-2025
