100K, one hundred kilometer ultramarathon. We did it. I have so many beautiful photos of this incredibly long day thanks to @jules_stallaerts and @nicholaspov but here’s a little impression. Thank you to my whole support group for coming all the way to Spain and dragging me through the difficult kilometers. Thank you to @frevanlierde for the coaching, my form has never been this good. Thank you to @followthecoast_ for this amazing course and the help throughout, and thanks to all of you for the supportive messages 🫶🏼 I don’t know what the next challenge will be, but for now I’m gonna recover a little 😅✌🏼

I got the first FX5 in Belgium and gave it to some of my friends to test. Safe to say the hype is real 😅

WE DID IT!! 36km with 2.300 altitude meters. The Dolomiti Extreme really hurt us, mamma mia 🥵 glad we did it together, running buddy @jasmiendbondt!! P.s. check out @onderweg_trekkings, where Jasmien organizes therapeutical trekkings in the mountains to challenge your physical boundaries, combined with therapy 🏔️ taken in Dolomiti Extreme Trail by @milancools

Random dump from The Jamies yesterday, including afterparty (and wellness-with-the-boys-tradition 💆🏽‍♂️). Our Average Rob dreamteam goes home with three awards, including best video of the year with our Marathon des Sables documentary. Thanks for all the opportunities this year @averagerob, honestly the goat of social media in Belgium and the awards show it. Congrats to all other winners and nominees!! 🤩🏆 taken in Oostende by @milancools

Sumo, one of the most iconic sports in the UNIVERSE!! I was a bit scared they wouldn’t let western people (let alone YouTubers, oh god) into the niche Sumo world, but I’m so happy they let us 🇯🇵 video live on YouTube! Photos as always by @luca.silvestre aka Lucci 🫶🏼 taken in Tokyo, Japan by @milancools
