I rarely talk about what I’m building. But now, I’m gonna be changing that.

I believe the ovary is one of medicine’s most consequential and under read organs.

For generations, women’s biology has been measured in fragments. The ovary has always been treated as a fertility organ, even though its function is connected to so much more: metabolism, bone, brain, heart, hormones and how we age.

We only get a snapshot, like a result marked “normal” and no real way to understand our own baseline or what’s changing over time.

That is why I founded @novaarchealth.

We’re building an ovarian health intelligence layer that combines blood testing, a smart skin adhesive, wearables, omics, and AI to make ovarian change measurable over time.

We’re building a rigorous system built around female biology from the beginning.

Obviously my path here has not been normal: architecture, regenerative medicine, and now ovarian biology. To me, they are the same work: understanding complex systems, finding what others have missed, and making the invisible legible.

I am super fortunate to be building this alongside an amazing computational biologist team with leaders in AI, omics, all with high-performance compute; to be advised by Alex Shalek @shaleklab at @mit, Filipe Pereira, Sukrit Singh, and Michael Stout; and to work with our collaborators and partners at MIT, wearable companies, cycle apps, and labs.

This account will still be personal. But from now on it will also be a window into building Nova Arc in real time: the science, the questions, mistakes, and the breakthroughs.
