Every design begins with a conversation.
I ask my clients not just what they like visually, but what they want their tattoo to hold.

Jess shared how moving through a male-dominated world shaped her — how strength often overshadowed softness, how her mind carried her through heartbreak, growth, and self-creation. Feminine, capable, powerful.

From her words, I chose each element with intention:
• Peony for abundance, self-worth, and feminine energy
• Tulip for elegance, self-respect, and rebirth
• Magnolia for perseverance and divine beauty
• The feminine figure, budding herself — a symbol of self-creation, inner power, and the moment a woman chooses to bloom on her own terms.

My process is always a dialogue — part listening, part intuitive guidance, shaping something that reflects who you are and what you’re becoming.
This piece is a reminder that femininity and strength are not opposites. They coexist beautifully.

Thank you for trusting in me to bring your vision to life ✨🌷

This is my watercolor painting 𝘌𝘲𝘶𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘣𝘳𝘪𝘶𝘮 - Pansies & Fritillary. Here I explore the balance between natural order and organic forms, somewhere between botanical observation and artistic expression.

Neither a strictly scientific study nor a purely decorative piece, I use symmetry as a framework to highlight the complexity, interdependence, softness and elegance of nature.

Arm garden with tulips and camellias, mostly freehanded. 💐✨
I usually prefer to do a stencil when the flower has a lot of layers of small petals (like the camellia) which is what I did for this one. But the full composition decisions, leaves, flow, couple of tulips etc were done freehand with sharpies. I didn’t have any reference for shading either, which is not uncommon for me. We just dropped into that flow state haha 😌

Slide 4 you can see another piece I did for her 3 years ago (upper arm).

ALSO: I have 2 days available to tattoo in South Florida before I fly out of state until mid November. Get in touch for about your fine-line floral piece, my hand is itching for more freehand tattoo arm gardens haha 🤍💐 by @milatoscano.art

You put so much time and attention into every detail, watch it come to life, and then send it off with someone else immediately after is done 🥹🥹🥹🥹 by @milatoscano.art

Lilies! Probably on the top 3 of most popular + aesthetic flowers to get tattooed. They just work. Beautiful, classic and elegant, simple petal arrangement. Visually stunning. Gets fun when you start to play with different variations (there are so many).

Alsooo, lilies are a great way to tell if your artist actually researches the subjects they tattoo—or just copies a picture (or AI photo) and calls it a day. It’s pretty easy to spot mistakes on the anatomy of the flower…

I love them, let’s do more

I can see the finish line! Been working on this watercolor painting for several weeks. Excited to get to the final result. Loootsss of details.
When I’m close to be done I naturally work more hours in a row but I also always think is gonna take less time to finish than what actually does so who knows how much longer I have 😂
anyways, just wanted to share my progress with you…🤍 stay tuned 🌱 by @milatoscano.art

did it with my own hands, but thanks ✨ by @milatoscano.art

That bad ass floral sleeve just with the right amount of negative space for airy and elegant look 🌟 Mostly healed work!
