Thank you @pilatesandprosecco.co for hosting a memorable and elevated experience. It was so refreshing to be in a space that focussed on health and wellness as a little change from the film spaces I am normally in. I left feeling strong and with a bag of goodies. A new @stottpilatesstudiotoronto mat, some goodies from @lithebeauty.ca @lululemon @beauty.byevangeline some ginger turmeric shots and many more 😊💋

Health is really wealth and as I focus more on my health and wellness journey I love to find ways to make it feel fun. So thank you @nicolebabb_ & @fashionistatika for being the visionaries behind this space. This was my first actual Mat Pilates class I have been to in person and I loved it.

Thank you @stottpilatesstudiotoronto for a great workout!

Many of us chase after big happiness, but what if I told you that true joy is in the smallest of moments? Joy hides in the little things around us. The warmth of an embrace from a loved one, or a smile from a complete stranger on a day you need it most.

Imagine waking up and simply enjoying your morning coffee. Think about how often we overlook these simple pleasures while rushing through life.

When we pause to appreciate the little things, we unlock a well of happiness. It’s empowering to realize that joy can be a part of our everyday routine.

What little thing brought you joy today? Let’s share a little joy today. by @milcania_

Elegance isn’t just about appearance; it’s a state of mind.

Elegance is about embracing grace and style in everything we do. It reflects our inner confidence and how we carry ourselves in the world.

Imagine walking into a room and instantly capturing attention, not just with looks but with poise. Elegance speaks volumes without saying a word.

True elegance is timeless; it transcends trends and dazzles through authenticity. When you embody it, you inspire others to find their own elegance and that starts from within. 💋💋

I’m so excited that Split Ends will be premiering soon at @chilliwackindependentfilmfest and @whisfilmfest 🎉. Created by Writer & Director @kay.s.metchie and produced by @nic.altobelli, I can’t wait for everyone to see it!

We shot this film almost entirely in split screen, which was a really fun and unique challenge for Kay and I. So proud of how it turned out.

Huge props to our amazing Camera, Grip, and Lighting team on this one!
