Our last Parent’s weekend for MJ at UMD! was very different this time! She’s been sick for two weeks and we both were sick too this past week! So we stayed in! Rest, watch tv, eat, and repeat!!!! Then a walk with dad, a little adventure with mom finding her apartment information in the intercom and dinner at her favorite place! This morning we ended with a great breakfast!
No tailgate, no friends just mom, dad and daughter recovering to start strong the week! MJ we are so proud of you and everything you have achieved this almost four years of college!!!! by @mildredmartinezflickinger

Back to get stronger and leaner. Training my brain 🧠 to get me started and continue! It’s been hard. Zero motivation and if you know me that’s not me. Going back to all my basics!! My pink drink, Biocleanse and Probio5 with weight training exercises and good food!
We fall all the time but coming up is what matters!

I rarely buy cards for birthdays 🎂 most of the time I make them! For my kids, friends, colleagues. I always tell them I am cheap buying cards but the reason is that I really enjoy making them! Today is John’s 60th bday and I decorated the house. While I was doing that JP made all the cards! I guess the tradition is already passed! MJ also love making them!!!
Happy birthday John!!! Welcome to the 6th floor!!🎉🎁🎂🎉🎁🎂🎉🎁🎂🎉🎁🎂 by @mildredmartinezflickinger

I am retaking myself back this Summer. Lots of life happening around made me take care of everything and leave myself for the last! For years you have seeing me talking about self care and all that was thrown away with just life happening. My body went in numb mode. Weight came up to 153 and I went back to large sizes!
This Summer is my time to go back to healthy and strong 💪. I am starting the new natural GLP-1 viral combo of Plexus, walking and doing weight training! I started last week Intermittent fasting and lost 3 pounds already!
Will be posting for accountability! If you want to join me better! by @mildredmartinezflickinger
