Demographics is destiny. A guide to reading your customer data through culture: where clients come from, when they book, who decides and how they spend. Includes three cultural scales, after Hall, Lanier and Meyer: high- and low-context communication, task-based and relationship-based trust, and linear and flexible time. Ends with four ways to apply them without stereotyping. For hospitality, events, luxury and marketing professionals. by @milena_boc

Peru deserves its own single dump

the one were they crushed a cochineal beetle on my hand to show how they naturally dye alpaca wool for clothing

many memories on Cusco’s city centre

Ollantaytambo, wow

And ofc, Machu Picchu was breathtaking

happy views

the 7 colour mountains that left me out of breath… literally, had to inhale alcohol bc I was getting dizzy at 5,100m in elevation

Lima 🍋‍🟩

Valle Sagrado, again, wow

somewhere in the middle of Valle Sagrado were I wanted to take a picture and up until I saw the picture realised I was matching the alpacas in the back

the one were I saw an alpaca stepping out of a taxi with its owner, clearly being more trained than my dog at home

more llamas 🦙

and more

and many more

lastly, turns out I’m a massive fan of quinoa risotto. taken in Perú by @milena_boc

A seven-stage styled shoot checklist for venues and event planners. Define your audience, shoot only setups you can repeat, run logistics like a live event, brief photographers and models, choose sponsors strategically, and distribute the images so one shoot sells for a whole season. by @milena_boc

this trip was a hug to the soul.

I cannot describe the feeling of each and every day, each and every hug, each and every laugh, each and every dish, and most importantly, each and every joy.

Many more people I was able to see, many moments, pictures, cities I returned to that remain and will forever be in my heart.

THANK YOU GOD. by @milena_boc

After reading a post from @maggieblackburn top follow-up system she’s build for herself with Granola, she asked about our favourite use cases and I mentioned that beyond using it for meetings at work, I also found it useful for “meeting with myself”. And I had no idea many people weren’t doing that, so I’m sharing this.

This has been particularly helpful when I want to brainstorm or distill an idea I can’t seem to find a solution to, and I can have a chatbot that only summarises and provides input from within the same contained information in the session/meeting.

What’s your favourite way to use @meetgranola ? by @milena_boc
