5x160kms in 5 days for Mental health. Dec2nd - Dec7th

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Redemption Tour- 02/12/25- 07/12/25

800km in 5 days.
160km a day.
Same road. Different mindset.

As many of you know, during my 100 x 100 Challenge last year, I didn’t quite manage the full 100km every day. I really struggled on the road, the isolation, staring at miles and miles of pavement with no end in sight it. And it is on this stretch of road that I’ll be returning to, this time with a ripper support crew to finish what we started.

If I’m being honest, not completing that challenge really messed with my head. It sent me back down a road I never wanted to walk again. But like everything in life, it happened for a reason and it’s led me right here.

If you take anything from what I do, let it be this. There is always a way back. There’s always a chance to make things right. You can always get it done.

This one’s gonna be tough but I’m ready to go all in. I’ll be doing some big training runs every weekend leading up to it, along with the miles 4 smiles run club every Wednesday at Caulfield park and I’d love to see as many familiar and new faces as possible to help me get ready to launch this redemption tour.

Up we get here 💪🏼 LFG

Day 100 - Grand Final Day at Albert Park

Absolutely unreal start to day 100.
There are that many people going to Hungary (100km's) to count and then numbers are growing by the minute.

This will be a day for the history books so get down, get amongst it and bury the kilometres once last time.

LFG.

Half way to 800K in 5 days.

Day 3 of 5

After a late finish and no time to inflate the ice bath the esky was the only option with sleep being the priority.

Redemption tour day 3 done and dusted - 453 for @the_crazy_running_man and for me 304.5kms down. Day 3 of 5 ✅

Day three was fucking hot. 36° on the road and we were cooking but thank you to the amazing work of the whole crew, we were able to keep ourselves cool and safe. We worked hard to get it done and that’s what we did. Day 4 is on going and we are having a long day on the Hume highway finishing at Melbourne and then tomorrow we will destroy the pavement in Melbourne and then Albert park will suffer.

@the_crazy_running_man is looking better than day 1 and he’s ready to get it done. Can’t wait to see the haters watching this unfold very well for THE CRM. UP WE FKN GET HERE !!!!
