This release is a special one for me!
Growing up Puerto Rican, I was surrounded by salsa. My dad always had salsa brava playing, and that’s where I fell in love with rhythm, percussion, and the energy that music carries . Those sounds have stayed with me, even as I’ve found my own voice in electronic music.
Being able to rework Ismael Rivera’s “Mi Negrita”into a track is something I take a lot of pride in ! This wasn’t about replacing a classic—it was about paying respect to it while sharing a piece of my story through the music I make today.

First up , I want to give Big love to my bro @bendrbeats for looking out and connecting me with that Backline opportunity. That one move shifted a lot for me — turned into building real trust, which led to me being brought on for Miami Music Week!
Ended up being the sound tech for @realblackcoffee show and that moment just reminded me how far things have come!
From learning the craft @saeinstituteusa , to getting hands-on with @badboysofreggae , to now playing a role in large-scale productions… it’s been a steady climb.
Most people see the DJ side, but there’s a whole other layer to what I do. Whether it’s behind the boards or behind the scenes, I’m locked in on the audio every time.

I want to take the time to thank @bendrbeats for connecting me with this amazing opportunity !! Last night was one of those “stop and appreciate the moment” kind of nights.
From graduating audio engineering school… to being trusted with quality control and sound tech for the main stage at Art With Me 🤍
I didn’t skip steps. I didn’t get lucky overnight.
This came from late nights, learning curves, showing up even when nobody was watching, and saying yes before it was comfortable.
Grateful to be in rooms I once dreamed about.
Grateful to work with people who care about the craft.
Grateful to be part of something bigger than myself.
Different level now — but same hunger.
