What did you STOP doing after 30/40/50 ?

I stopped

1. Confusing “FRIENDS” with people I’ve just known a long time.

2. Doing endless cardio.

3.Apologizing for prioritizing my fitness goals.

4.Comparing the life I give my kids to a momfluencer’s highlight reel.

5.Feeling guilty for resting.

6.Being afraid to let all the layers of me SHINE. ✨

Getting older has been less about changing who I am and more about getting comfortable with all of who I am.

I used to train because I wanted to be smaller.

Now? I want to be STRONGER. 💪🏾

Strong enough to keep doing everything I love, for as long as I possibly can.

And if I can stay sexy while doing it? Even better. 😏🔥

49. Stronger than ever. Sexy as I wanna be. And enjoying every damn bit of this life.

I’m not toning down my personality, covering up my body, giving up the things I love, or making myself smaller to fit somebody else’s idea of what a woman my age should be.

I’ll lift heavy, wear what the hell I want, raise my boys, jump up for Carnival, travel the world, and keep discovering new sides of myself.

Because motherhood didn’t erase ME. And getting older sure as hell won’t either. 💋

I’m not here to age quietly.
