Generational impact endures long after the work is done and crews leave. Since 2012, Milhouse Charities has carried forward its founding mission: creating positive impact through access, STEM education, opportunity, hands-on service in the field, and meaningful investment in the communities we serve. We believe legacy lives not in what we leave behind, but in what continues to move forward through people, families, and future generations. That is Purpose in Motion, and this is year 14.

There is no greater testament to our mission than the people who believe in it enough to invest their time, talent, resources, and energy.

Your partnership has helped turn ideas into action and a shared vision into meaningful change.

Every milestone reflects the collective effort of those willing to show up, roll up their sleeves, and do the work. We recognize your contributions and the difference they continue to make in the communities we serve.

Led by Milhouse Champions Joe, Wendy, and Pierre, last Saturday's service was a true family affair with the Lions and their families participating in the 18th Annual @specialolympicsillinois plane pull @fly2ohare
More than 110 teams of up to 20 people tested their strength in tug of war pulling a United Airlines 737 weighing more than 95,000 pounds a distance of 12 feet as fast as possible. Together, the event raised more than $119,000 to the athletes and programs across the state.

Today, Milhouse Charities celebrates a woman and community partner whose vision, leadership, and commitment have created meaningful opportunities for girls, families, and communities through Polished Pebbles. Your work reflects the kind of impact that reaches beyond a single moment and continues through the lives you have helped shape. Kelly today on your birthday, we join so many others in praying for healing, renewed strength, peace, and continued grace for you and your family. Isaiah 55:11 reminds us that God’s Word accomplishes what He sends it to do, and we hold firmly to that promise. Happy Birthday from all of us at Milhouse Charities. We honor your life, your work, and the enduring difference you continue to make.💖

CLASS OF 2026
At the close of their internship journey @milhouse.inc we paused to celebrate with our signature Ties That Bind & Beads Of Wisdom ceremony. The tie, placed with care, represented confidence, discipline and the readiness to stand tall in every room they are called to enter. The beads, joined in a circle, represented wisdom, connection, support and the understanding that none of us moves forward alone. Together, these symbols marked more than the completion of time in an internship but a moment in their life journey to greatness. May your time spent with us leave you stronger, wiser and more aware of the gifts you possess. Remember to lead with character, serve with intention and use what you receive in this season to make a positive impact in the world. This is purpose in motion. Special Recognition to Michelle Finch , Maryam Brown and the People & Culture Team.

POV: A DAY AT THE OFFICE: WHERE TRAILBLAZERS MET POSSIBILITY welcomed high school students and young adults from the Bronzeville Trail Summer Enrichment Program into a professional environment where learning is connected with real-world experience.

Developed in partnership with Illinois Tech and the Kaplan Institute, the six-week program introduces urban design, community research, and collaboration while exploring how the Bronzeville Trail can serve Bronzeville and the City of Chicago for generations to come.

Purpose in Motion looks like creating access to engineering, teamwork, and meaningful conversations that help young people build confidence, recognize their strengths, and connect what they are learning now to the futures they are preparing to lead. Serving the future means creating moments today that become part of tomorrow’s legacy. taken in Milhouse Charities by @milhousecharities

Internships were created to turn learning into experience, curiosity into confidence, and potential into purpose. Right here at home with THE MILHOUSE FAMILY OF COMPANIES and across the world, interns bring fresh ideas, support meaningful work, solve real problems, strengthen teams, serve communities, and help shape what comes next. They are not simply preparing for the future they are contributing to it now.
