I’m at a point in my life where I’m realizing just how precious time really is.

I’ve spent years being strong, handling responsibilities, loving people, losing people, starting over, and figuring things out as I went. Somewhere along the way, I realized I don’t want to spend the rest of my life waiting for the “right time” to enjoy it.

So I’m taking the trips. Chasing the views. Making the memories. Choosing the people who choose me. Protecting my peace. And giving myself permission to simply be happy.

And yes, there will always be room in my life for new people, new friendships, and new experiences. Come with good intentions and you’ll be welcomed with an open heart. But consideration is a must. Consider my time, my feelings, my energy, and the way your actions affect me. I’ll always give that same consideration in return.

I’m grateful for the woman life has made me, but I’m even more excited about the woman who still has so much living left to do.

I don’t want a perfect life. I want a life I can look back on and say… damn, I really lived. 🌊✈️🤍 #passportsoul
