Lovely to see @fkuzrunning today and hope to see more of you soon 🫶🏽

I will start to let you know what @parkrunuk I am doing over the next couple of weeks and I hope to catch up with some you then.

I do mobility every morning…

It’s helping me with energy, bloating, feeling good

Look back on my other sessions but give these ago by @militaryinmotion

Another fab @parkrunuk - Old Deer Park Park Run

Why did no one dress up 🤷🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ for Halloween 👻 🕷️- I mean I did 😅😂🤪 🧙

Three laps on flat grass and a really enjoyable community that I met on the run. SWIPE across for my little videos with a 600+, 500th and 240th Parkrunner and Daphnie who is 81 and only started running in her 70s and more photos.

If you want to see more of my parkrun antics go to Dame Kelly Holmes official on Facebook and also check out my stories, as I put up my run there too.

I started at the back in hope of walk/jogging. I managed 27mins

How did you get on? And where did you go?

Fancy joining me for a short mobility session…?

Just 20secs of eight exercises (first one is 30sec to get you moving) OR if you are used to them you can either this routine do it three times or time yourself 60secs of each one…

RELAX ENJOY by @militaryinmotion

CONSISTENCY IS KEY

These simple body movements have helped me decrease bloating and increase energy

I do at least 10 of them every morning for 1min each.

Start with 20-30secs of new to exercise, 1min if you want to add to your weekly routine

Age is just a number 😬🫠😅

I have learnt that as long as I move and am consistent I can stay in relatively good shape. Even when injured!

Let’s me know if you want me to post more of these routines?
