What a year 2023 was! I turned 30, lost 50 pounds, reunited with old friends, made tons of new friends, ended up in the ER multiple times due to stress, adopted a new healthy lifestyle, attended many concerts, went to the gym more times than I have in the past 5 years, met @garcelle launched several brands, and so much more! And I wouldn’t change a thing! Thank you to everyone who has made this year simply unforgettable! Looking forward to what’s 2024 has to bring ✨❤️🥳🎉

Fitness update:

Crazy to think what a few months and a change of mindset can make! Quarantine really did a number on me and unfortunately my eating and drinking habits caught up to me. My breaking point was October 2022 when I literally couldn’t fit into any of my clothes. This led to increased depression, not wanting to be social due to embarrassment, feeling uncomfortable in pictures and so much more. In 2023, I told myself we needed to make a change going into my 30s. I started hitting the gym consistently, started SolidCore, eating healthy, cutting alcohol almost completely for a few months, and practicing healthier worklife balance. I’m so proud to say I’m down to pre-Covid weight and fitness level and it only will get better! I’ve also completed my first ever 30 day sober challenge to see the effects of abstaining from alcohol. So excited to continue these healthy habits and see where it takes me!

**LIFE UPDATE**

This year for my Adoption Day, I got to meet my birth mom and half sister. I can’t even begin to describe this experience. It has been nothing short of absolutely amazing! It’s always been something I’ve thought about and I’m so glad I had the opportunity to go through with it! Growing up adopted, I had an amazing life but there is still that nagging thought in the back of my mind that asks “where do I come from? Is there someone out there who looks like me?” This afternoon/evening was so great and therapetic for me! These are some amazing people who want nothing but the best for me and I’ve very much felt the love. Also we LITERALLY have the same personality! 🥰😭Huge shout out to the people who have supported in this journey and made me the person I am today. I’m so excited for this relationship to cultivate and grow❤️🥰💯

P.S. We are gonna rewatch Jersey Shore together!
