Postcards from Paros 🇬🇷💙 by @millbartlett

Meet one of our team leaders, Millie (aka Mills) Northern lass, recently moved to Hampshire! The accent will probably give it away 😂

Lover of iced matchas, spicy margs, holidays and scouting out a good fitness class. She’s definitely the social one of the group and will never say no to a chat! (Also think she is 100% Latino)

Millie decided to give running a go and joined MHAC back in January, on quite possibly the coldest day of the year (-7). She turned up knowing absolutely no one, and somehow managed to not stop chatting from start to finish! 😂

Running wasn’t exactly love at first sight (in fact, she hated it), but joining MHAC was such a great way to meet people after moving to a new area. Fast forward to now and she’s gone from first-time runner to one of our team leaders, made some beautiful friendships, including going to the south of France with one of them! and found a community that has been amazing for her mental health.

After moving down south knowing nobody, MHAC has given Millie a real sense of community, and she can’t wait to keep meeting all our current and new joiners along the way. 💚 🏃🏽‍♀️ by @millbartlett
