More than 40 ice cream makers are set to ditch certified artificial colors by end of 2027. Your organic produce may have been getting misted with a synthetic antimicrobial called Produce Maxx, a chlorine-based treatment used in misting systems at thousands of stores nationwide. Sprouts has agreed to stop using it entirely. HHS is moving away from unnecessary animal testing. And HHS and EPA are teaming up for a fresh review of glyphosate, one of the most widely used weed killers in the country, looking at links to cancer, reproductive health and gut health.

RFK Jr. just announced another nearly $250 MILLION to take on America’s mental health and addiction crisis.

The new funding will expand addiction treatment, overdose prevention, youth mental health services, and trauma care nationwide.

Nearly $70 million will expand medication treatment for opioid addiction, while another $35 million will help first responders reverse overdoses.

More than $125 million will go toward youth mental health, childhood trauma treatment, suicide prevention, and mental health awareness.
