Food prep Sundays ready for another tough week of progress and earning money working hard Physical health is a fraction of of the work I have to do in order to stay on top of my game , infact that’s the easy part But if I don’t do that and my diets not on my point they grey cloud comes over me called depression and takes a hold of me And that’s when I start looking for easy fixes There’s is no easy fix in fact and I wouldn’t have it any other way , men are not created in the comfort zone and I don’t want to be a little melty mood hoovere with a bad attitude moaning like a little girl and not doing anything about it Sorry to little girls 😂😂 have a great Sunday and smash whatever it is you want to do #health #MentalHealth #foodprep #workhard #inspire by @millerboy088
