POSTS STORIES REELS

I want to preface this by saying, I will ALWAYS give 110% honest reviews regardless of opinions or fear of backlash. However, I also want to say that I give anyone who has the courage, intellect, and drive to be able to write a book, the utmost respect & credit. If it were easy, we would all be writing about our dreams. Love you all 🖤✨📚 by @millerleereads

Welcome to my page! This is the home of a cozy, avid, reader who drinks way too much coffee (is that even a thing?) 😅 I love all things fantasy or romance 🖤 with a newfound love of morally grey characters 😏 Hit the follow button if you care to hear my opinion or recommendations of my favorite and maybe not so favorite books ☕️📖 #bookstagram #booktok #bookreview #booklover #bookstagrammer #bookish #coffee #coffeelover #fbaa #acotar #gild #after #throneofglass #crescentcity #shatterme #harrypotter by @millerleereads

Cue “now add a little spice” sound. I love all spice as long as it also has a good plot and characters. If I wanted to read just 🌽 I would go on wattpad or AO3. by @millerleereads

Because my mate taught me to be patient & never order a new release online again…. or whatever Nesta says 🦇✨

What better way to celebrate ACOTAR 6 eve than with a full-fledged face reveal from me? 🤪✨
Okay, jokes aside… when I first started this Booksta, I swore I’d stay anonymous forever. Between the fear of being judged, made fun of, and my good old-fashioned lack of self-confidence, I genuinely never thought I’d get to this point.
But somewhere along the way, this little corner of the internet became so much more than a place to talk about books. You guys have become actual friends, you’ve cheered me on, listened to my dreams, and made me feel like I can be unapologetically myself here. And that means more to me than you probably realize. 🥹
At some point, it started feeling a little silly to share so much of myself here while keeping the actual face behind the account a secret. Soooo… we’re ripping the Band-Aid off. Full send. 🤪
Please lower your expectations for my future videos accordingly, because the secondhand embarrassment is about to be a group experience. 😂
I can’t wait to scream about all things ACOTAR with you guys tomorrow. Now you finally know who you’re screaming with. 🫶🏼✨

Exclusive: 🚨 Your favorite fictional characters could’ve kept their business private. But then someone READ THE BOOKS 📚 👀

We all love some juicy celebrity blind items, but how about we make them bookish?? The tea is piping hot. The sources are fictional. The scandals are canon ☕️🙂‍↕️

Drop your celebrity bookish blind items in the comments below and let’s see if we can guess who they are about 👀✨

It’s September, which calls for Twilight & chocolate chip banana nut bread 🍂🍌✨

Also I measured with my heart, clearly, on the cinnamon (turned out great) but just be careful 😅😂

Some scenes from Keeping 13 that are going to be forever engrained in my mind 😩

This took me literally forever, but I had to get these images out of my head STAT. Okay now going back to try and finish Redeeming 6, wish me luck 😂😅

Okay, so I massively messed up because I did NOT write my review for Hunt the Villain when I finished it, & now I’m relying on the tiny scraps of information my brain decided to retain. 😂 So bear with me because this may be the worst book review to ever exist on Bookstagram.

First, HtV was NOT a bad book. I actually had fun reading it, & I definitely think it’s worth the read. But for me, it just didn’t hit the way I wanted it to.

I think a huge part of the problem was God of Fury (all hail Bran & Niko). Queue the quote above, I feel like that summed up a lot of the book for me. I KNOW these books are different, but there were enough similarities between Yulian & Nico that I couldn’t help comparing them. And when God of Fury is a 5 star, no-notes, God tier kind of book for me… unfortunately, it just sets the bar really high.

I’ve also read SO many incredible books since this one that I think my standards for 4 & 5 stars have changed. If I’m not still thinking about a book weeks or months later, it’s probably not making that top-tier list anymore.

Would I recommend Hunt the Villain? Absolutely. Would I read it again? Probably not. It was a fun read, but it just didn’t give me that OH MY GOD, I NEED EVERYONE TO READ THIS feeling. Like I’m not watching edits on it in my free time.

So if you loved this book, please don’t hate me. 😂 Maybe I’m just screwed up in the head & broken, but I always said I would be only ever honest on here. Either way I love you so 🖤
