Today I met someone who I admire greatly. It was such a privilege to meet @noeldeyzel_bodybuilder in person after months of online coaching. My fitness journey has always meant more to me than just getting bigger. As some of you know I was on my death bed a few years ago…. Collapsed lung with a sickly body weight of 118 lbs. My recovery could only be described as a miracle. However, I didn’t quit. After a couple years of consuming and applying knowledge into fitness, I was able to increase my body weight to 170lbs in Spring 2021. Noel’s videos we’re so inspirational during that time period, I felt confident to apply to his Academy in January of 2022. Noel has been so kind, personable, and patient along my journey through healthy sustainable body building. (Which included me no longer dirty bulking) There is no person better to educate on nutrition and healthy gym routines. Today was a big dream come true to finally meet the man who has pushed me to live a healthy life full of confidence. What a blessing. by @millertime714
