The Original Meditative Clay Art Experience™

As a little girl, growing up in the embrace of wild, nurturing forests, I listened wide-eyed as my grandmother — a woman who had outlived most of her local tribe — shared mythical stories about the sacred feminine.

I sat in silence, filled with awe, as she spoke of the force that does not chase, but simply aligns. The divine vessel that receives — not from neediness, but from certainty. The mirror to the light of the Creator.

She closed her eyes, then softly opened them again with a wise smile… as if she knew she had just passed on a spark. A seed from a distant dream, meant to keep spreading.

Now, three decades later, I’ve followed that calling — becoming the vessel, the mirror, the keeper of that spark.

Through natural clay, sound healing meditations, and sacred rituals, I brought to life a completely new wellness art form. One that reconnects people with their inner world, their breath, and their hands through the Earth itself.

This Meditative Clay Art experience is something I developed from the ground up, woven from years of intuitive exploration, soul healing, and artistic devotion.

Since then, I’ve guided thousands through these earth-rooted rituals.

And while I see others starting to explore similar ideas — I stay anchored in my path.
This is my medicine. My essence. My creation.

I’m not shifting course — I’m deepening it.
And I trust that those who are meant to feel this work, will feel it. 🤍

If you are looking for a teacher or a guide for your path in life, let me share one thing I have learned through mine 🫴

In the beginning, I worked with gold and diamonds.
I built four brands.
I taught thousands of people.
I birthed countless ideas and brought numerous visions into form.

I followed signs.
I followed nudges.
I followed the breadcrumbs of soul remembrance.
I experimented.
I learned.
I unlearned.
I knew.
I didn’t know.

And slowly, I began stripping away the illusion.
Until I could see that beneath every path I had taken, I had remained true to one quiet vision:
to move towards the point where I need no distraction, no teaching, no medium, no talent other than leaning into the knowing of what already is.
That what has manifested into this form I call me
is already all there is to work with.
All there can ever be.

And perhaps, in its own strange and beautiful way,
all it needs to become.

Undeniable, whether I recognise it or not.
Whether there is outside validation or none.

‘HOW DOES IT MAKE YOU FEEL TO LIVE WITH IT’

Our brains are constantly taking in our surroundings. The colours, shapes, textures and visual complexity around us can influence where our attention goes and how we feel.

This is one reason I am so drawn to creating art from clay and natural materials.

There is no need for it to shout.

The organic textures.
The earthy colours.
The little imperfections that remind us of nature.

For me, simplicity can be a vast portal.

Moments when there is less visual noise, there can be more room to pause, to wander into a thought, to feel something, or simply to be.

I love the idea that art can become more than something beautiful hanging on a wall.

That it can quietly become part of your inner landscape.

Something you see every day.

And perhaps, without even realising it, it reminds you to slow down and come back to yourself.

I don’t need to prove my light for it to shine.

I choose to paint the world around me so it can bathe in its presence.

The deepest trust is not in the light, but in the darkness, in the shadow.
It isn’t the spotlight we’re afraid of, it’s the intensity of our own light and the vastness of the space it can fill. That light roots itself in the deepest darkness, where it is nourished, where every particle of its magic is held and birthed.

There is no need to prove the miracles, or the subtle yet undeniable guidance that quietly shapes our path until it becomes art as our presence in this realm.

Perhaps that is why we’re here: not to convince, not to prove, but simply to embody.
