So you want glowy, and glamorous but with a bit of an edge and a smokey eye is always a fabulous addition to any makeup. Now, smokey doesn't have to mean really dark, it depends on your skin tone, your eye colour and I will design a look meant for you.

Hair up, so many variations and I never get round to posting hair … so here’s a few recents and ideas for you … ✨

The undone pleat is still going strong and I actually saw a return of the tousled low bun a few times this year having not done them for a while . Lots of twists and braids . And still loving the sleek bun ♥️♥️

This is quite long .. I just cannot stop yapping! 😌

I was kindly sent a pr package from @lorealpro which I have been patiently waiting to try . We’ve had illness in this house so it was a week later than I’d wanted to use it. We had a lovely dinner at the Ivy planned and I was so ready to try these products , but alas . It’s a mid week makeup for me.

But I am going to use some of it on content I have planned so it may make another appearance soon .. 👀 But for now I just did a very easy quick makeup that everyone can do.

Kiran’s beautiful second day wedding in London captured here brilliantly by @royalfilming

Second day , less tradition and more party vibes and hundreds and hundreds of family and friends .

Kiran wore a champagne lehenga for this event at the @intercontheo2, and we changed up the makeup a little from day one with a very subtle champagne pigment over the eye makeup to complement the dress and evening event.

And we had planned to do the same sleek hair as we did for day one. But on the day Kiran asked if we could do chunky waves for the hair - yes! I’m glad she wore it down and let the bouncy waves flow - nice to have a different look if you are hosting two different ceremonies .

Hannah ♥️ Elegant, ethereal beauty.

The sweetest soul (and the most organised!)

We did a beautiful makeup for her which was quite classic but that also gave enough for her to change in the evening into her Lehenga, the traditional Indian dress which is a rich red colour.

Hannah’s very light skinned so I didn’t want anything too warm toned on her skin, so cool toned sculpting and a rosy pink blush. With the eye makeup I used soft browns/darker plum and pigment in the Mario palette to pull out the sparkle for later on in the evening. Fluttery cluster lashes to enhance the natural lash and a brown liner completed the look.

Hair was soft waves with the hair pulled back from the face to create a very simple , elegant look.

Hannah had her Mehndi done prior to the wedding - spot it in the video!

A perfect example of a light glam look - for those that want a great finish on the skin, focus on the eye, soft smokiness but keeping the neutral tones to still make it look as natural and pretty as possible .

When you do the skin prep in the lead up to your wedding …

🧖‍♀️ Keep the skin prep up in your lead up to the wedding and the feeling of looking amazing will pay off . Throw in some amazing light, hair and makeup, light tan, your dress and overall look coming together - there is no better feeling!

Great example here with Libby looking incredible on her day. She really looks after her skin and it really showed in the makeup on the day. Skin prep and light layers meant everything sat beautifully.
