Forms Academy 2017G

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

A few of Millie’s highlights from @wagstournament in Virginia. So fun watching her play freely and not joysticked on the pitch like most clubs.

Technique conquers all 😤

Lake The Sneaker lover with special guest @milliemcdowell2017 reviewing @puma Puma Level Up, laced and tight,
First touch clean, first step light.
Grip that bites when the turf gets slick,
Cuts on a dime, first to the pick.
Light on the foot, built for the chase,
Level up your game, level up your pace. ⚽🔥

Millie Mondays:

This is why the right training environment is important. Millie has a high work rate. She trains everyday with high intensity. She takes no shortcuts and this a direct result of that.

Millie truly marches to her own beat, and that’s what makes her so special. She brings an incredibly high work rate every time she steps on the field. Shes relentless, focused, and driven. It doesn’t matter who she’s up against…faster, bigger, stronger…none of that fazes her. When she competes, she has one mindset: dominate.

What’s even more impressive is the contrast. Off the field, she’s the sweetest, most kind-hearted girl you’ll meet. But the moment it’s game time, something flips. Her intensity rises, her focus sharpens, and she transforms into a fierce competitor. It really does feel like she has two gears, or two personalities lol and that edge is what makes her so fun to watch. ❤️🤍💙

She plays with heart, and a fearless mentality. Keep being you, Millie! #dominate #fearless #technical #Baller #compete taken in Celebration Park by @milliemcdowell2017

Next Generation Cup Platinum Division Champions 🏆

What a special group for Millie to be a part of. This team had never played 9v9 together before this tournament, but you could see the growth every single game. They kept improving, competing, and figuring it out together.

Huge thank you to @ballerelitefutbol for the coaching and leadership throughout. Most of all, grateful for the relationships and memories Millie built along the way. This one meant more than just a trophy. 🏆 #nextgenerationchamps taken in Money Gram Soccer Park by @milliemcdowell2017

Jeff Cup 2026

Millie had the opportunity to guest play with Bethesda out of Maryland this weekend. She had a great time meeting new friends. She spent most of her time at CB and CM. It a blessing watching her play.

One thing continues to stand out for me, technical mastery is the foundation of every great player. When the game speeds up, space disappears, and pressure builds, technique is what gives you control of the game.

Tactics will change.
Coaches will change.
Systems will change.
Even your body will change.

But technical mastery stays with you. It’s the constant. The foundation.

Awesome session with the girls today. Agility, dual-task loading, and technical work—training the body and the brain. 🧠⚽️
