WE DUNNO is submitting to festivals! 🦎

The Lakeview Reptilian Center held its first annual Lost Lizards Scavenger Hunt to honor the passing of Pedro Pascal the Chameleon, a beloved reptile to all. Unfortunately, they didn’t know it would also be their last.

The facility’s workers team up and venture through the outdoor desert trails of New Mexico, following reptile clues while investigating the alarming increase of missing reptiles and their unexplained deaths in the region. Is it a cryptid? Are the teams sabotaging each other? Or is it just dark out and hard to see? Who knows.

Written and based on the real Pedro Pascal the Chameleon, who passed away in May 2026, WE DUNNO was created in just 4 days with $17 by a group of theatre kids in the Southwestern United States.

We’re so excited to start sharing this weird little film with more people and see where it goes. WE DUNNO. Coming to a festival near… somewhere. Maybe!

My contractual writing husband and I got together the other day to revisit (IN)DEPENDENT, and WOW- a lot is about to change for the better.😂

@rowdynorwegian and I came up with an idea 10 years ago, creating a story that felt relevant and relatable to the conversations and happenings in our lives at the time. Could we have been more experienced? More organized? More realistic? ABSOLUTELY!

10 years later, we’re trained, grounded, realistic, in a good mindset, and thankfully actually know a little more about what we’re doing now.

We’re incredibly grateful for the opportunity to revisit, edit, and dust off (IN)DEPENDENT with @akroncivicmtp , directed by @zimmermanmark 🤍

(IN)DEPENDENT follows Ryan as he navigates recovery and starting fresh, or at least trying to. With the support of his family and the people he meets along the way, Ryan crosses paths with Amy, who is facing difficult experiences and decisions of her own.

Using the voices and perspectives of people impacted by addiction to transition from scene to scene, (IN)DEPENDENT explores recovery, connection, and the complicated reality of moving forward. Developed with support from MTP during its early stages, (In)Dependent received national attention for its timely and compassionate storytelling, including recognition in The New York Times, back then. Now?

It’s a new perspective, relatable story, and just as timely and compassionate as before.
