A few of the notes to self underlined along the way as we come up to our third year of our She Runs Club community supporting women of all walks of life across Sydney!!!! 💪✨🫶🏻

Heavy on the do it scared, do it anyways - cringe and fear never go away and holds us all back but it’s just a road block and buzz kill xx taken in Sydney, Australia by @millierowleyy

She finally got her spark back!!! It’s been a wild ride over the past year to get here lol was defs not an easy time.

Adult acne sure wasn’t on my bingo cards, it took so much joy from me everyday and consumed my mental space. It sucked. 💔

Sharing these vids from back then was honestly really challenging and I kept them in an archived folder to avoid looking back at it. I see you if you’re struggling right now, you aren’t your skin, and cliche but the truth is it always gets way better. You’ll be stronger for it!!✨ taken in Sydney, Australia by @millierowleyy

Can’t quite believe where we’ve ended up and this is literally just the beginning girls!!!! 🥹🥹🫂🫂🫂🫂

P.S. This is just a taster of what’s to come on our next upcoming shakeout she run with @lululemonausnz with DOUBLE the gals this Friday before the Sydney Marathon 2026!!!!! Bring IT ON 👀❤️‍🔥🔥

You might not believe I’m more introverted than meets the eye and feel the fear of judgement. But I’ve defs learned through this wild journey how powerful growth, energy, joy and essential human connection through community is even when I struggle to put myself out there!! moments like these leave me charged in ways I can’t describe… thank you for being such a force to fuel me as we continue connecting women everywhere 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻 taken in Sydney, Australia by @millierowleyy
