I was working on a new set of characters for the emy app however the new designs got put on pause. However I wanted to share the beginnings of the @rive.app build. The rigging system combined with the state machine means only having to animate once while being able to swap between the different characters as well as different clothing. I had a lot of fun exploring the different emotions we wanted the character to have for the app. #rive #riveapp #productdesign #motiondesign #2danimation #characteranimation #characterdesign #interactiveanimation #interactivedesign #womenwhoanimate #buckuback by @milliewoodcock

Last year I worked with @hooknotthemovie to help on the Google pay Christmas doodles. These are the two I had the joy of animating. The doodles were created as Lottie files that would surprise cardholders when they used tap to pay. #2danimation #motiondesign #lottie #lottieanimation #googlepay #googledoodle #animation #aftereffects #motiongraphics #motiongraphicsdesign by @milliewoodcock

Here are a few more snippets from our project that we worked on for Bodyform this year, exploring a few questions commonly searched in relation to the menstrual cycle.

All the videos are available to watch now on the Bodyform YouTube channel, here are some clips from the second videos "Heavy Periods" and "Period pain"

Feel really proud of these. More on the process and reflections to come in the new year.

Huge thank you to my agent @samrusswalker + @brilliant_artists for your support and guidance through my first animation experience and thank you @amvbbdo for the opportunity ✨

Excited to share a few snippets from a project that I'm really proud of this year 🩸 Bodyform chose some of the most frequently asked questions in relation to a universal experience for half the population, Periods. Together with a supremely talented crew of animators at @ohstudio.co.uk we made four videos where two sisters explore these concerns.

All the videos are available to watch now on the Bodyform YouTube channel, here are some clips from the first two videos, "When will I Get my first period" and "PMDD what is it?"

Huge thank you to my agent @samrusswalker + @brilliant_artists for your support and guidance through my first animation experience and thank you @amvbbdo for the opportunity ✨

Emotion picker for Emy App. Created using @rive.app When the user of the app logs an emotion they are representations through the character animation. It’s really fun going through the different faces of Emy. #interactivedesign #interactiveanimation #rive #riveapp #illustration #gamedev #gamedesign #motiondesign #2danimation #characterdesign #uianimation by @milliewoodcock
