I’ve had about a week to come down from last weekend (really the past couple of months), and i just want to share how thankful I am for these three.

What we do is hard in its own kind of way. There’s rarely time to fully process what we just accomplished before we’re already turning around and doing it again. UCA & UDA College Nationals has grown tremendously over the past two years, and this season came with some of the biggest goals and expectations we’ve ever been given.

I’ve been part of FloSports for eight years, but just over a year ago I stepped into the position of leading this team. These last two months have been some of the most challenging of my time here, but also the most rewarding.

@amber_salas is someone I hadn’t worked with before becoming manager, but she has exceeded every expectation and then some. She is steady, thoughtful, and an absolute force that I truly could not do this without.

@aisa.terry is someone I knew I needed on my team from day one, but I don’t think I truly realized how essential she’d become. She is making huge moves for the dance community, and the team is better because of her!

@ava.katherinee brings the kind of energy everyone needs when we’re exhausted and running on fumes, while continuing to grow every single day.

Aisa & Ava were early hires I made… and during a time when I honestly didn’t know what the next year would look like for the cheer content team. But if I could have seen a year into the future, I’d probably have had a few more nights of sleep😮‍💨😆

From traveling for content shoots right before Christmas to rolling straight into intense event coverage after the new year, this team hasn’t missed a beat. With the biggest event weekend of the season now behind us (and somehow also the first 😅), we’re already looking ahead and preparing for the next.

There hasn’t been much time to reflect, but I am so proud of this group. They are reinventing how cheer and dance media covers the sport, and they do it so well. I am incredibly thankful and so proud of my A-Team! by @millingallina
