“Abandonment melange.”⛓️

This a term coined by Pete Walker that describes the overpowering feeling of shame & panic that kicks on at even just the thought of leaving.

This wound tricks you into staying with someone who mistreats you because of how terribly painful it feels when it gets triggered to the surface.

This is not just any regular pain. It feels like you’re going to die & like you don’t belong in the world, which quickly pulls you into a very deep dark spiral. But there’s a reason why it feels so depressive…

It’s suppressed emotions of abandonment & rejection from childhood at a time where acceptance was intertwined with your worth & survival.

Parental rejection turns into self-hatred & causes you to disconnect from yourself. This self-abandonment then perpetuates the depression because there’s no source to
connection, causing you to get stuck in it & feel scared to be alone with yourself.

Staying feels like you’re ONLY way out of the pain. Here’s how to heal it to get out: 👇

1 - Building safety resources: a child can’t process their emotions on their own. They need a safe adult present with them.

That’s why the first step is learning grounding & regulation skills so you can strengthen your ability to keep your adult self present when triggered to hold space & heal the pain of your inner child.

2 - Reprocessing body memories: many of these earlier abandonment memories are preverbal, which means they aren’t connected to your conscious memory.

Instead, it’s stored in the body as a strong sensation. Somatic therapy helps you work with these body sensations to access the unconscious memory and bring it into your conscious awareness for healing.

This allows your brain to reprocess the memory with new positive feelings of self-worth & to timestamp it into the past so that your body STOPS reliving it.

You now no longer have any feeling keeping you stuck & stopping you from leaving. The chains have been permanently removed.

How I did it⬇️

Here is what I did to start making passive income online with a completely faceless account…

1️⃣ I invested in a game-changing digital marketing course. It was exactly what I needed, covering everything from business strategies to automation and email marketing essentials. The icing on the cake? It came with master resale rights, giving me my very first product to sell!
