Hi everyone!! I wanted to come on here and reintroduce myself.

Born and raised in Vestavia Hills, Alabama, I’m a University of Alabama graduate and married to my high school sweetheart.

I’ve always had a deep love for travel, beautiful places, meeting new people, and discovering the kind of hotels and destinations that leave a lasting impression. With a background in hospitality and event planning, pursuing a career in travel felt like the perfect path because it allowed me to combine my love for exploring the world with my passion for planning meaningful experiences.

For the past three years, I worked with Brownell Travel as a Sales Support & Hosting Coordinator, where I gained invaluable experience in the luxury travel industry and developed such an appreciation for creating unforgettable experiences for others.

This past September, I joined Kathryn Burns Travel as a travel advisor, and it has been such an exciting new chapter. I am so grateful for the path God has placed before me and for the opportunity to build a career doing what I love!!!

Now, I get to help clients create seamless, personalized, and elevated travel experiences, whether that’s a honeymoon, anniversary, family getaway, or bucket-list adventure.

Travel is so much more than just going somewhere new! It’s about the experiences, the people you meet, and the memories that stay with you long after you return home. I’m so grateful to help others create those moments.

Another year together, celebrated on the Sea of Cortez. 🌊

My clients spent their anniversary at Esperanza in a casita above the water. The days were quiet and never rushed, with ocean views from almost everywhere, great margaritas, and some of the freshest food.

It’s one of my FAVORITE spots for an anniversary getaway, and one I find myself recommending again and again.

Ten years married, celebrated in French Polynesia!

My clients split their time between Hilton Moorea and Le Bora Bora, waking up in overwater bungalows above water so clear it barely looked real. Between waterfall hikes, snorkeling the lagoon, and long dinners by the water, it was the kind of trip that made ten years together feel even more special.

Sally and Chris... it's been a long time coming!

Planning this honeymoon was so special for so many reasons, getting to do this for two of our best friends made it feel less like work and more like a labor of love. 💘

Maui started with a sunset cruise, followed by dinner at The Birdcage, where the binchotan grilling and ocean views set the tone for the whole trip. Chris even snuck in a few rounds of golf. And Mama's Fish House lived up to every bit of its reputation.

Then Kona was the best part of the trip. Their hale felt like their own private world, swimming with sea turtles right off the resort, an incredibly relaxing spa day, and the most romantic celestial dinner under the stars. They topped it all off with sushi and drinks at the Shipwreck Bar.

Spent two weekends in the mountains this summer.🏔️

First stop: Highlands! Sitting above 4,000 feet, it’s long been a summer escape, and it still feels like one. You can walk Main Street, have an amazing dinner, and be minutes from waterfalls, hiking, and Whiteside Mountain.

Where to stay:
• Old Edwards Inn & Spa
• Half-Mile Farm
• Highlands Inn Lodge

Then came Cashiers, about 20 minutes down the road! Smaller, quieter, and home to one of my favorite mountain stays: High Hampton.

The property has been in the valley for more than a century. It was beautifully renovated without losing its rustic charm, just with a much more elevated finish.

And the best part? You really don’t have to leave! Golf, tennis, the spa, hiking, fly fishing, Hampton Lake, kayaks, and dinners with mountain views. It’s the kind of place where a weekend actually feels like a getaway.

This is what I keep telling people: you don’t need a passport for a luxury weekend! For so many of my clients, this is an easy drive from home, and in August, the cool mountain air is reason enough.

This honeymoon started in the hills of Tuscany, where the couple settled into Castello Banfi, a working wine estate built around a medieval castle, surrounded by the vineyards that produce Brunello. Days were spent tasting through the cellar, dining on the terrace, and afternoons doing nothing but swim and unwind.

From there, the coast: Taormina, Sicily, based at Atlantis Bay right on the water below the cliffs. Beach club days looking out at the Ionian Sea, a full day out on a boat exploring the coastline, and a hands-on cooking class learning to make pasta the Sicilian way.

Two very different sides of Italy, tied together by wine, water, and a lot of time well spent.

Two weeks across Scotland, from the cobblestones of Edinburgh to the shores of Loch Linnhe.

They started at Kimpton Charlotte Square, made their way through Rufflets Country House, Fonab Castle, Culloden House, Glencoe House, and then finished at Kimpton Blythswood Square in Glasgow.

Castles, coastlines, long dinners, and lots of good driving in between.🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Fireworks over the Caribbean. 🎆

This family closed out their 4th of July with close friends in Turks and Caicos, bringing together ten guests at a five-bedroom oceanfront villa at Wymara.

The week included a private chef night in the villa, a day out on a private catamaran, and dinners at some of the island’s best: Indigo, Coco Bistro, Vita Rock House, and Grace’s Cottage. The 4th itself was spent at Bella Luna.

A trip built around good food, good company, and time on the water.

The Sissons chose Coral Sands Hotel for their honeymoon, and it was the perfect place to celebrate the start of married life.

Known for its classic pink-and-white style, beautiful Pink Sand Beach, and relaxed luxury, Coral Sands set the scene for a week they’ll never forget.

Their itinerary included exploring Harbour Island by golf cart, taking a walking tour of Eleuthera, spending a day out on the water, enjoying wonderful dinners, and making plenty of time to relax together.
