Surrender παραδίδωμι

I’ve been thinking about this concept, what does it mean to be fully, wholeheartedly, undeniably surrendered to Jesus.

парабібш in Greek, surrender is to “hand over, deliver, entrust” we hand over trust to strangers and systems every day.

To the people we meet, driving, alarms. But Jesus asks us to entrust in him. Why?

Someone we cant always see but feel. Something we can’t always predict but know. I believe this is faith and that is what stops so many for entrusting in him.

But He created all and all, the beginning and the end. He stepped into this world to take away the evil and unto sacrificing his life.

In the Bible I see a red ribbon from start to end of the love story from God to his people. We are all in that story. Jesus gave everything for me and He is worthy of my Surrender.

I trust him because I know Him a deep knowing that surpasses understanding. His love compels me to go to all.

But first he asks….will you surrender by @millykeys_

Abba,

Aramaic for “my father” this is what he is.
God is more than a distant figure but the vast creator of the universe.

He wants to know you, to speak to you. Abba has given me life, restored my soul.

I see his character in the faces of my friends, his gentleness in the ocean and his mercy every morning.

He is the Alfa & Omega beginning & end. He is our saviour… Abba by @millykeys_
