It’s my beautiful girl’s 20th birthday!!! ❤️

She’s helped me change in so many ways and become a better version of myself. She’s taught me how to love deeper, communicate better, be more patient, and appreciate the little things in life. I’m so grateful for everything she’s done for me and for the person she continues to help me become.

I’m so lucky I get to call you mine and experience life with you. From all the random little moments to the memories we’ll never forget, I wouldn’t trade any of it for the world.

I hope 20 brings you everything you deserve and more. You deserve to feel loved, appreciated, and happy every single day. I’ll always be here cheering you on, supporting you, and loving you through every part of life.

It’s Autoimmune Awareness month. It’s dedicated to raising visibility, funding research, and supporting the over 50 million Americans mostly women. And I’d love to shout out a very special woman of mine that has an Autoimmune Disease, Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS). If you don’t know what that is, it’s where your immune system attacks your nerves. And causes you to go paralyzed. Most people only get paralyzed from the waist down, she was in full body paralysis. Which is SUPER rare especially for a young woman. I want everyone to know what autoimmune diseases are. Especially this one. She’s so so strong and still battling after it happened two years ago.
