we continued sae’s birthday weekend in the provence

where we went for a swim straight away, while saetje walked miles and miles around the pool with her new bucket

my dearest baby Saetje, two weeks ago we celebrated your very first birthday under the french rivièra sun, near the sea where we discovered you love the water. my summer girl!

you are the cutest, funniest, sweetest, and happiest little human I know. this past year, you’ve taught me what life truly is about. I can hardly believe you’re no longer my tiny baby, yet getting to rediscover the world through your little eyes each day has been the greatest gift.
