JUST A PEACEFUL RIDE… UNTIL I SAID, "YOU'RE ON CAMERA!" 😂📸

Just another day cycling along Sydney's M7 Cycleway when I came across a random fellow cyclist!

He was simply enjoying his ride… until I casually mentioned he was on camera!

Sometimes the funniest cycling moments are completely unplanned.

Cyclists, how would YOU react if someone suddenly said, "You're on camera"? 👇

I STARTED CYCLING TO ESCAPE STRESS… 🚴

Me: Cycling will bring peace to my life.

Also me: Chasing someone's wheel at 40 km/h, fighting for my life just to stay in the draft!

Now my biggest fear isn't life's problems… it's LOSING THAT WHEEL!

Cyclists, PLEASE tell me I'm not the only one!
Tag that cycling buddy who always makes you suffer, and follow for more relatable cycling moments!

🚴‍♂️ EVERY CYCLIST HAS SCREAMED THIS INTERNALLY! 😂

They said cycling was fun… nobody warned me about the HILLS! ⛰️

100% survival mode!

💬 Be honest, cyclists… what's the first thing that goes through your mind when you see a massive hill?

👇 Tag that cycling buddy who says, "It's just a small climb!"

What an incredible experience taking part in the **MS Gong Ride** alongside some amazing friends! 🚴‍♂️❤️

It wasn’t just about the kilometres, the sore legs or crossing the finish line. It was about coming together for a great cause, raising awareness and supporting those living with multiple sclerosis.

I’m truly grateful for the incredible friends I had the privilege of riding alongside. The encouragement, laughter and enthusiasm made every kilometre worthwhile.

A challenging but rewarding ride, made even more special knowing we were making a difference.

**Great friends, great memories and an even greater cause!** ❤️🚴‍♂️💪

2 YEARS. ZERO FLAT TYRES. HERE'S MY SECRET! 🚴🔥

Tired of stopping mid-ride to fix a flat tyre?

I've been using tyre sealant for the past two years, and I haven't had a single flat tyre!

In this video, I'll show you how to add sealant to your tyres — a simple solution that can help seal small punctures while you're riding.

The trade-off? It adds approximately 200g of extra weight to my setup.

But for me, the convenience is worth it! No more worrying about changing an inner tube on the roadside every time I get a small puncture.

Would you sacrifice 200g for fewer puncture headaches?

Save this tutorial for your next bike maintenance session, share it with your cycling mates and follow for more practical cycling tips!

80KM. TOUGH CLIMBS. ONE INCREDIBLE RIDE! 🚴🔥

MS Gong Ride 2026 — DONE!

What an incredible experience riding 80km for a great cause!

The climbs through the Royal National Park were challenging, but that's what made the ride even more rewarding!

The weather was on our side, the scenery was spectacular, and every kilometer was worth it.

By the finish line, we'd certainly burned through our carbs and earned a well-deserved recovery! 💪

80km conquered. Memories made. All for a cause that matters!

Proud to be part of the MS Gong Ride, raising awareness and supporting people living with multiple sclerosis.
