To ‘trust others as you trust yourself’ 🤝🏽 (ty to the man who shared this ✨)
Grenada has a beautiful culture
where people take each others words seriously. If someone says they’ll pay tomorrow… that’s fine or if someone says you’ll be picked up at a time/place… you will (without needing to check in or remind). It’s a huge contrast to the world of reminders, check ins & deposits 😂 We should give each other more reasons to trust!!!!

That health can be simple! Met some of the fittest people that walk in the sun regularly, eat lots of fruit & veg & do body weight exercises > using 10 apps tracking every part of their lives ;) ☀️
