One of my fav #venicebiennale2022 @korean_pavilion via @hyundai.artlab “Just as the sun has its own life cycle similar to that of a cell, our beliefs about human beings, matter, systems, culture, and even art can be reconfigured.” - #YunchulKim

Yunchul Kim’s exhibition “Gyre” existed somewhere before and beyond time. Kim’s inspiration came from poetry, mythology, and scientific research; what visitors saw in the gallery were six sculptural installations that were cybernetic, biological, but above, sumptuous visual experiences.

As “Gyre” has come to a close, take a look at the magnitude of Kim’s celestial vision in the Korean Pavilion at the Biennale di Venezia 59th International Art Exhibition.

Check out our story to relive the exhibition.

#today Discover I-Lexio 2022 installation by @mathieu_zurstrassen and @mrtnprsn at @bozarbrussels for @the_future_of_living @eunic.brussels
Curator and moderator @dominiquemoulon

I-Lexioo is an interactive divinatory Oracle.
Expression of a chimerical algorithmic deity, the device takes the appearance of a slot machine possessed by a robot-humanoid kinetic creature.
The autonomous installation is controlled by a singular Neural Network (AI), trained to interact with the user; the latter asks him questions about the future and the device answers him in real time.
The installation confronts algorithmically generated content with ancestral popular beliefs, with a dash of playfulness.
