Elmo is so excited that his friends will be on Drummond Street in a few weeks to learn his favourite game! We end our time together every Saturday learning the M-I-M-I-C-O cheer!

Heeeeeeeere’s JONNY!

Congratulations to Mimico Mountaineer Jonathan Castagna, who made his NHL debut last night with the Calgary Flames — and recorded his first NHL point!

Jonathan grew up playing lacrosse in Mimico from peanut through U17, winning Ontario ‘A’ Box Lacrosse Championships at both U15 and U17.

He joins a proud tradition of Mimico Lacrosse alumni who have gone on to play in the NHL, continuing the club’s legacy of developing athletes who excel at the highest levels of sport.

Our Sixes U7/U9 Local League kicks off Wednesday, September 23rd from 6:00–7:00 PM at Grand Ave Park!

We’ll spend the first sessions building skills, learning the Sixes game and having fun — then we’ll get into games!
