A year ago, I just wanted to feel better in my own skin. I didn’t realize I was building discipline, resilience, and a version of myself that I’d be proud of. There were days I didn’t feel like showing up, days I doubted myself, and days I felt like nothing was changing but I kept going anyway. Now looking back I see that the real transformation wasn’t just physical… it was becoming someone who doesn’t give up on herself 💪
Shoutout to my trainer to @charlied_1ifbbpro for the support and motivation to get to where I’m at today!
