Welcome to the world our beautiful little girl, arriving on 16th July at 12:46 after a long & unexpected birth journey.

We are so in love with you already little Della Adele Dodd, you’re the sweetest thing bringing so much joy & light into our lives 🤍

My wonderful dad has felt so present over the past few days while my birth wounds heal and we bring our baby lentil into the nest. He always called this time the ‘Tropejaren’, which means the tropical years 🌴 taken in London, United Kingdom by @mimiraedodd

Welcome to @raeyoga.wellness 🪷

This new prenatal chapter in my life is teaching me to pause, slow down and take a long deep inhale. Noticing how my body feels each day rather than sticking to the routine I am conditioned to follow.

As I approach motherhood, this has been a good time for me to change pace. Join me to begin taking that deep, slow breath as you welcome in new life. I’d love to be part of that journey with you.

Falling in love all over again.

The most precious 10 days of our year so far… after the wildest & most emotional, healing birth journey, surrounded by my incredible birth partner @doddollie and the amazing Homerton midwife fairies who held space for us.

Moving slower, belly feeling a little rounder & endless toddler cuddles, we’re embracing a new chapter of life with a tiny growing blueberry.

While my heart feels a little heavy as we approach my dad’s anniversary, there is also an abundance of joy and constant reminders of how delicate life can be. Feeling deeply grateful, even amongst the heartache 🤍
