Grounded in gratitude, kissed by salty sea air & soothed by ancient whispers of love between mermaids & men. 🦀🌊🐚🧜🏼‍♀️ by @mimitarocchini

2026. 🤍🪽 by @mimitarocchini

Sun-day 🌞 rooted in the ancient tradition of naming days after celestial bodies. The Sun = masculine: hot, fiery, the leader. Sunday is to reset, reenergise for a new week.

Today’s focus is to tune into the masculine centers: the root, sacral and solar plexus. To lead us into a new week feeling good, grounded and strong.

The weather is warm and sticky - I almost didn’t record today because I was worried that the humming fan, the kids playing outside, or the planes in the sky, would all distract from the singing bowls. Until I remember the key to meditation: not to drown out noise, but acknowledge it. To tune into yourself so deeply, that it all just fades. That’s how meditation teaches us to strengthen and prolong our focus.

I also got the most beautiful sunflowers on Friday, and didnt actually mean for them to coincide with that same ‘sun’ energy. So that was a nice little reminder of everything in fact being just as it should be 😌🌞🌻 wishing you a lovely week ahead xo

Historically, this moon lit up the fields for the final summer harvest. Aries energy brings the heat, and turns that gentle glow into a roaring fire.
