Proof of concept.
The growth of mimiTENS is slow, steady and very deliberate.
I go to places to hear what people have to say. And what I have heard in London, Barnsley, du Quoin, Portland, Troy, Denver and other places is this:

Never in my life, have I had mittens or gloves that work for my body.

Limb different adults.
mimiTENS is getting better and better at this.
More stuff for adults available now.

This is the move:
@weewoollies sent us the fabric off its from production.
We lay it all out very carefully so we can figure out the stretch of each piece.
We arrange it carefully for the tool and dye cutting machine and ka-chunk, we cut it.

It takes a lot of care, but worth it.
You will love it.

Well, well, well.

mimiTENS fleece mittens are lined with @weewoollies merino wool.

The Wee sent us boxes of fabric leftover from manufacturing and we carefully cut every batch to fit inside our fleece mittens.

We are proud to line mimiTENS with such a high quality material and to offer you such a great product.

Colours are on line and I posted a bunch in our stories.

mimiTENS AW26 is about teams.

Nothing good is done in isolation.
mimiTENS is possible because of the extraordinary suppliers and manufacturers that we work with.

It is very special for a busy factory to set aside time and resources to help me develop a full collection of mittens for people with limb differences.

You will see the team and what we did this year.

I have streamlined the colours and supplies so that what we offer in nylon is consistent with the fleece mittens.

And you will see the full adult line presented properly and with the style you expect.

It is a brilliant tv series that teaches children how people with disabilities do things and adapt.

@hwdi.tv was written by @abigailcurtiswrites — the star of these pictures.

a month ago

@lavenlabels have been our labels suppliers for a very long time. It is amazing to have this resource for us designers.
We are bringing back the @3M scotch lite labels for the flip mittens this year.
Our friends @koalaacommunity were especially excited about this reflective detail and encouraged us to bring it back.

There are other surprises on the way.
I can’t wait to have our first even photo shoots with adults.

Every summer, I like to visit a new part of this great community. This year, it is @nubabilityathletics in Du Quoin, Illinois.

MimiTENS will be there for a couple of days. We can’t wait to meet you and have some fun.
