Little corners of Mimosa at Becoorie 🤍

We’re slowly creating spaces to pause, breathe and enjoy Rozel properly — whether that’s after a swim, a walk, a cycle, or simply because you fancy a lazy, chilled day by the sea.

Our lemon tree is growing away, ready one day for our own lemon tea, lemon & ginger drinks… and maybe even a little squeeze into a Mimosa 🍸

The Carrara marble table has been fixed and is ready for another 10 years of slow moments, coffees, cakes, fizz, affogatos and seaside chats.

So the question is… which cosy corner would you claim?

Swim, warm up on the terrace, enjoy a Jersey ice cream, an affogato, or a glass of fizz with a mezze platter, baked feta, or toasted ciabatta loaded with your favourites. Mine is salami & tomato.

And next on the menu testing list… the perfect marinated chicken salad. The kids have passed it — now the customers are the real judges!

Apparently, I also make very good scones and cookies… who would have thought? My weekend job has officially begun 🤍

I’m so excited to share that we’ve just confirmed our very first booking — a bubbly private Birthday - tea party 🫖🥂

Such a lovely way to begin, and exactly the kind of relaxed, intimate gatherings I’m hoping to host here while we gear up for the season in March!
