Life is moving so fast , it's been 3 years of me feeling like I am on auto pilot I haven't processed a bulk of emotions and grief which have lead to a sense of numbness and overaggeration of emotions.

On this trip I felt like I gained my soul again , i missed solitude I missed enjoying being alone and not having the urge to experience something and share it with someone I love to confirm my emotions just the sense of enjoying the moment alone
