My very first time in the US, and I got to go for the premiere of The Cycle of Love in New York!🩷 I feel incredibly proud that our independent film is making its way into select theatres around the world.

This true story follows PK, who rode a bike 6,000 miles to be with the woman he loved, and along the way he met people who showed such kindness.
Except for Chirag and I, who had the honour of portraying Lotta and PK, everyone in the film is a real person telling their real story. It’s a film about human kindness, love and the courage to realise your own destiny. That this labour of love is coming to your screen is such a joy!

Watching the film takes me back to travelling around beautiful India with some really great people. I’m so grateful for all of it, and for the wonderful team who brought us all the way to New York🫶🏼

The Cycle of Love in select US theatres from 28th August and globally from 18th September!! Grab your tickets here www.thecycleoflovefilm.com 🚲🩷 taken in New York City by @minafdale

From executive producer @priyankachopra and Oscar-winner @orlandovoneinsiedel comes a true-life love story like no other 🧡

In 1977, a young artist from Delhi embarked on an impossible 6,000-mile bicycle journey to reunite with the woman who had stolen his heart.

@thecycleoflovefilm is a remarkable true story of love, adventure and one man’s determination to make the impossible possible.

See it in UK cinemas nationwide from 18 September + exclusive intro from @priyankachopra.

Tickets coming soon at www.thecycleoflovefilm.com

In 1977, 23-year-old PK, a street artist from a poor, “untouchable” family, set out on a bicycle journey from India to Sweden to reunite with the woman he loved, Lotta.
Years later, I got to be a part of capturing their amazing love story. With their children as co-producers and a completely amazing team led by @orlandovoneinsiedel and @grainmedia , I had the privilege of travelling to India, to Amritsar, New Delhi and Odisha. We captured some of the beautiful moments from their real-life love story, and the result is a documentary that is now on a festival tour in the US.

This shoot is an experience I hold very dearly in my heart, and it means the world to me that people want to watch. Thank you for letting me portray the lovely Lotta alongside the brilliant @chiraglobo2911 as @pkmahanandia .
Truly an honour to be a part of “The Cycle of Love” ❤️ taken in India by @minafdale
