She Is the Landscape 🌿

She does not simply belong to nature.
She becomes the land itself.

A landscape of memory, strength, and roots, where the feminine form and the earth become one.

Something new is coming… 🌿
A landscape woven into her dress.
A cypress taking root within it.

Where She Belongs

Some places are not found.
They grow within us.

This piece is still a work in progress, slowly unfolding with every brushstroke…
What do you think the final painting will reveal?

“Rooted”

Some strength is quiet —
like a cypress, unmoving, unbroken.

A thin thread ties her to the ground she stands on.

What keeps you rooted?

I never fully know where a painting is going until it begins to reveal itself. This one is still becoming.

Some symbols are inherited.
Some are chosen.
Some are carried without ever being understood.

We all hold stories that existed long before us—stories of memory, identity, strength and sacrifice. They don’t always arrive as words. Sometimes they live quietly in the body, waiting to be recognized.

What is the first symbol that speaks to you? #contemporaryart #symbolicart #contemporarypainting #mixedmediaart #minafragments taken in Rotterdam, Netherlands by @minafragments

The Third Presence🤎

Some ancient stories never disappear.
They simply change their faces.

Some return as symbols.
Some as silence.
Some as the quiet strength we carry without knowing.

Perhaps myths were never meant to stay in the past.

Perhaps they have been living inside us all along.

What do you see when you look at them?

Some voices never leave.

They settle quietly beneath the skin,
layer after layer,
until they become part of the way we see ourselves.

This portrait is not about a face.
It is about everything that remains unspoken—
the words we carry,
the memories we inherit,
and the identities we slowly assemble from fragments.

Sometimes we choose them.
Sometimes they choose us.

Which part of this piece speaks to you first?
