Subsea Estate Augusta WA, wine stirred by nature!! Wines are matured for 6 months 20m under the ocean in large plastic vats. What a process. The wine is deliciously rich and creamy, the abalone was nice, expensive but not something we are are too keen on. Such an interesting concept. Well worth a visit if you come this way.
