I deleted my earlier post about Elon Musk after hearing the music attached to it. My volume was down, and I hadn't realized it was a reel.

Here's just the meme.

FYI: I do not agree with any private citizen, whether Democrat, Republican, or Independent, spending hundreds of millions of dollars to influence elections.

My concern is about the disproportionate influence that enormous wealth can have over our elections.

There was a time when federal law restricted this kind of independent campaign spending.

Who knew? Who cares?

FACT CHECK: Nicki Minaj's husband, Kenneth Petty, is a registered sex offender. However, California law allows convicted felons, including registered sex offenders, to vote after release from prison, even while on probation or parole. Petty may therefore be eligible to vote. His individual voting status has not been verified.

Future faking is widely discussed as a manipulation tactic associated with narcissistic behavior, especially when it becomes a repeated pattern.

The power of it is that the person doesn't have to deliver the reward today. They only have to keep you invested in the expectation of tomorrow. A promised future can secure loyalty, patience, forgiveness, votes, money, another chance, or continued commitment in the present.

Before dismissing the post below as some random racist rant on social media, I believe we should know who Mike Davis is.

Mike Davis is a lawyer and influential Trump ally in the conservative legal movement. PBS FRONTLINE identifies him as a “Trump Legal Adviser.”

Davis is the founder and president of the Article III Project, an organization created after he helped Trump win the confirmation battles for Supreme Court Justices Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh. Davis himself says he started the organization after helping Trump win those fights.

He previously served as Chief Counsel for Nominations to Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley, where he worked on Trump's federal judicial nominees and was the staff lead for the Kavanaugh confirmation. He also previously clerked for Justice Neil Gorsuch and led the outside effort supporting Gorsuch's Supreme Court confirmation.

So this isn't an anonymous person with no connection to political power.

This is a man publicly identified as a Trump legal adviser who's played a significant role in advancing Trump's judicial agenda.

For those that didn't know.....

Black Americans and Native Americans also fought, bled, and died in the American Revolution.

Calling it an “Anglo-American Revolution” conveniently shrinks the story and centers only the people some politicians want centered.

And this is exactly why many people view this administration and its messaging as racially exclusionary, even while others try to defend it as “not racist.”

Who knew?

Operation Northwoods

The idea was to create or stage incidents that could be blamed on Cuba in order to build public and international support for military action against Cuba and the government of Fidel Castro.

The declassified proposals included ideas such as:
• staged hijackings,
• fake attacks,
• manufactured acts of sabotage,
• possibly using fake casualties or manipulated media narratives.

Importantly:
• The plans were proposals, not actions carried out.
• President John F. Kennedy rejected them.
• There is no evidence the operation was implemented.

The documents became widely known after declassification in the 1990s through releases related to the JFK records. Historians generally regard the documents as authentic evidence of extreme Cold War military planning.

The topic often comes up in discussions about:
• false flag operations,
• government secrecy,
• intelligence overreach,
• public trust in institutions.

Did you know that 45% of Americans now identify as Independents? This is a record high. Democrats and Republicans each sit at about 27%.

We'd never know it by looking at Congress, where Independents have almost no voice at all.

The “left vs. right” war is a complete distraction. It serves the parties and the media more than it serves us the people.

We're not a fringe anymore. We're the largest political group in America and many of us are tired of being ignored while the loudest extremes pull the country further apart.

So if we're not being given a real seat at the table, we have to start building our own.

And in many places, it's already beginning to happen.

Here's how we can get involved today:

1. Know your power at the ballot box.
Check whether your state allows Independents to vote in primaries. If not, organizations like Open Primaries are working to change that.

2. Join reform efforts.
Groups like Unite America support election reforms and independent-minded candidates across the country.

3. Contact your representatives.
Ask them to support reforms like ranked choice voting and open primaries so more Americans can actually compete outside the two party system.

4. Run locally.
School board. City council. County offices. Real change often starts closer to home than people think.

5. Spread the word.
The 45% is a sleeping majority. Share this post using #WeAreTheMajorityParty and start conversations outside the usual political shouting match.

Black and brown Republican voters, and women who vote Republican, serious question from an Independent:

What gives you confidence that today’s Republican leadership will continue protecting your equality, representation, and specific community interests, while also advancing policies many critics believe primarily benefit wealthy elites and traditional white male power structures?

No judgment. I see serious problems and hypocrisy on both sides of the aisle. Ultimately, my highest allegiance is to YAH, not political parties, but I’m seriously seeking understanding and others may be as well.

FBF&F, if you haven’t seen the movie "Mr. Church", I highly recommend it.

It’s a quiet, beautiful reminder that love isn't always loud, flashy, or perfect.

Sometimes love looks like showing up, cooking meals, keeping promises, protecting someone quietly and
remaining kind while carrying our own pain.

The movie captures something deeply human, perfect imperfect love.

Love that's not without flaws, but still faithful, sacrificial, gentle, and real.
