Recently described by our clients as a ‘hidden gem’ and a ‘secret oasis in Forest Hill’… but don’t take their word for it 🤷‍♀️

You can join us as a new member for just £35 for your first month of unlimited membership using the code MINDNEW25.

This is a small space with a big heart and we can’t wait to welcome you to this community ✨

It’s looking like ‘Project Sauna’ is much more of a long term dream for us. We have to do what is right to protect our little business, and for now, that is continuing to do what we do best.

Please continue to support our studio in any way that you can, be that booking classes, sharing our posts, or shouting about us to your SE London friends ❤️ by @mind_yogapilates

This Sunday 🎉

Join Richard for a playful exploration of ‘Pincha Mayurasana’ - forearm stand.

Sunday 25th October 2pm - 4pm.

Happy practicing! ✨ by @mind_yogapilates

All we ever envisioned for this space was to be able to fill it with happiness, wholesome energy and JOY 🧡

To think that over two years in we’re still fulfilling that intention every day makes us SO proud 🥰

We may be a tad biased but we truly think that our community in this little corner of Forest Hill is the best in the world, and we’re grateful to everyone who chooses to hold space for themselves and practice with us each day ✨

Whoever you are, whatever your skill level or experience is - you’re always welcome to join us at Mind. If you’re new here, we host yoga & Pilates, pre & post-natal classes, workshops, community events, book club and so much more! 🌟

See you on the mat 🫶🏼

Just 2 weeks to go until the wonderful Dan Breakwell joins us to teach this new 6-week course! We’re super excited for this offering and can’t wait to dive deeper into the world of Qigong ✨

No prior knowledge is required to get involved, so this is the perfect opportunity for keen practitioners and those who might like to try something new to join together 🧡

You can still pop over to the website to secure your spots for only £8-10 per session! We look forward to seeing you there 🌟 by @mind_yogapilates

September at Mind 🧡

A month of working hard for our little team. Not only did we reveal ‘Project Sauna’, a plan that has been MONTHS in the making, but we also released ‘The Grounding Series’ - our biggest collection of events yet.

A big thank you for the back to school energy that we have experienced this month - classes have been extra busy as we welcomed in the Autumn season. We also hosted our biggest book club to date, and kickstarted our season of events with ‘Roots’, our equinox Yin and Sound workshop.

Thank you for your love and support since announcing all of the big things we are working on. Please keep sharing our posts with your SE London friends, and thank you as always for supporting our little business ✨

August ✨

A quiet month at the studio, but certainly not behind the scenes. We’ve been working on something exciting for the last few months and we are so close to being able to share it with you. I know what you’re thinking, something even bigger than the whole Autumn/Winter event program that dropped this week? YES 🥰

In the meantime, September is already starting to get busy with that back to school energy and Classes are filling up. Be sure to book your classes in advance, and enjoy the transition into Autumn with Mind 🍁

2 years of Mind ✨

It’s hard to believe that we opened up our doors exactly two years ago today - time FLIES when you’re having fun.

Our first year was a rollercoaster of emotions and finding our feet. After another year, it’s now hard to remember a time that Mind wasn’t in our lives, and our community feels so full. Classes are busy, and we have welcomed many new faces to our space in recent months. We have experimented with more community events than ever before, added extra classes to our schedule and teachers to our amazing team.

In two years we have hosted 3,643 classes with over 32,100 attendances - that’s a whole lot of community and mindful movement.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being a part of this community and for choosing to practice with us. This space has become everything we hoped for and more, and we are so excited for the future of Mind and all that’s to come.

Here’s to another year moving together 💕

June at Mind ✨

Are we the only ones that feel as though June lasted for 2 minutes?

Thank you for practicing with us, especially throughout the heatwave. The devil works hard, but our aircon unit works harder!

Lots of beautiful moments to come as we venture into the summer season, including our 2nd birthday, and discounted class packs throughout the month of July 🎉. We also have the next two events in our summer workshop series including a phone-free social, as well as an introduction to qigong. Click the link in our bio for all upcoming events!

Thank you for being here, and for choosing Mind. Here’s to another month on the mat 💕

We are so proud of our community of new and expecting parents at Mind.

Nothing brings us more joy than bringing together people that are new to parenthood, and fostering a safe space to reconnect with yourself as you navigate the wild journey that is bringing a new life to this world.

A reminder of our offerings ✨
