Just wanted to share a LITTLE something something…I’m taking a leap of faith and redirecting my energy towards creating sustainability through workings of the heart. Spirit has been calling-it’s time for US to step deeper into our truth, our passions, and our purpose.
✨
This event with @thebeautyboostsanantonio was an incredible gift from @withcrystalcarpenter 🙏🏽 It ignited the Spirit of self-worth and community.
✨
We all have the potential to be bright lights in this world, and one of the greatest gifts we can be given is a supportive environment. We absolutely need one another. I believe that wholeheartedly.
✨
I am so grateful for the opportunities I have been given, and for all the continued love and support from all of YOU. Thank you, thank you, thank you. And I am so excited for what is, and what will be. 🤍

A poem from the heart. 🤍

Into the abyss, I choose the unknown, a place of darkness, void of space. Waves crashing down with violent grace, now is the time to pray. Do we let go, or resist the flow? Please God, just show us the way. Mother moon, saving grace, a light that guides our way. Breathe in, breathe out, still breathing, still here. Now is the time to follow heart’s pace. 🌕🤍✨🌀 taken in San Antonio, Texas by @mindbodyempowered

There’s a special kind of pride that comes from watching someone on your team step outside of their everyday role and into something new.

This morning, our Spa Manager, Krystle, represented Transcend at Launch SA, sharing, connecting, and stepping into a new space with so much confidence.

As a small, family-owned business, these moments mean a lot. We’re not just building a business together. We’re building people, confidence, community, and opportunities to grow.

So proud of you, Krystle. 🤍

Here’s to continuing to stretch into the spaces that call us forward. by @mindbodyempowered
