A princess cake for a princess! 👑🍓🍰 I used the flavors the client asked for which was a strawberry shortcake with fresh strawberries. Whipped cream filling and strawberry crunch crumb in the filling to get that nostalgic strawberry shortcake ice cream taste and feel. Was such a delight to make this cake. #sandiegocakes #delicatessendesserts #desserts #strawberryshortcake🍓🍰 #disneyprincess DM for orders 💌 by @mindbodytas

So back in the day I used to run track and field. I ran the 100m, the 200m, the 400m and 400m relay. Surprised myself that the 400m was my best event ,cause I HATED RUNNING LONGER THAN 100 meters 😂. Nowadays I’m happy to run 🏃🏽‍♀️,when it’s combined with enthusiasm and energy. Which is like x1-2 a week for me. I’m proud of that lol. I used to have asthma and hated running. Turn outs I just hate running a mile. After that first mile, all hell breaks loose and I’m feeling the endorphins. Feels like the acid kicked in and all my problems melted away. Running is so good for your mental. Running a lot during stressful times in my life just helped me face them with better composure. Trust and believe if the worst/ hardest parts of our day is our workout, that everything else we will face, will be faced with grace ,beauty ,and compassion. I CHALLENGE YOU! I highly recommend sprints 6-8 x first with big recovery time (2-3mins) rest!! Benefits of sprints -Great for keeping your glutes popping, improved heart vascularity, weight loss in just your visceral fat (stomach fat gone ;) Now if you want to conquer your mental game or improve you’re cardiovascular endurance, chase that 5k. Start with a mile and work yourself up each week! You got this 🌝💪🏽 5k Broken down: First week / 1mile 2-3x weekly Second week /1.3 miles 2-3x weekly Third week 1.6miles 2-3x weekly Fourth week 2 miles 2-3x weekly Fifth week 2.3miles 2-3x weekly Sixth week 2.6 miles 2-3x weekly Seventh week 3.0 miles 2-3x weekly by @mindbodytas

I had a dream about you last night. Seems like every other night you visit me. You made me chocolate milk in my dream. Makes me feel like a kid again. Each dream feels like home again. Just reminders that you’re no longer in the physical world anymore. But always in my heart and soul. I never forget the smells that remind me of you. Old Spice original. Dirty Martinis. Rotisserie chickens. Chili cheese dogs. Rosemary… You drove me to all my friends house on the weekend. You taught me how to swim. You taught me my first chords on guitar. You taught me how to cook. You showed me hard work. You showed me unconditional love. You showed me what peace looks like. You showed me what a good family man looks like. Because of you my life has been so magical. Thank you grandpa…May you now rest in eternal bliss. by @mindbodytas
Pregnancy kicked my ass. LMAO The first months I was about to call the doctors office like is it normal to be this flipping tired?! 😴 Then in the middle I am PR’ing in my lifts feeling like the sexy badass one moment and then another like fugly big back bitch. But the middle part was my favorite and then the end… I popped like kernel of popcorn in a microwave. Went from people that knew me being like “ oh sh*t ,you’re pregnant?!” “Yes 6 months”… to random like little kids walking up to me and saying “ umm …heys Are yous pregnant?” “Yes how’d you guess?” lol 😂 that was my favorite…but zero energy. I barely had enough energy to step outside and look at the sun. And on top of that I HAVE STAIRS!! So that was a challenge everyday. Also my feet swelled up like elephant trunks lololol my face has changed…like I think forever. I got bigger boobs that’s nice I like that part. Always had small boobs. But they don’t really belong to me lol traded my abs for a big mama porch. There are some trade offs to being pregnant. Wouldn’t change a thing…my Zion lion is worth every sec of discomfort and pain! Working on getting my body back to how I like it! Stay tuned. #momlifebelike by @mindbodytas
