& 𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐱, you have to put in the 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 kind of work 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 to get the out𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 you want.

Meditation is great! But, if that’s the only peaceful part of your day, you’ve got to do a better job of focusing & being intentional about your vibrational set point.

✨ It’s so easy to produce more of what’s already there.

👀 To look at things we don’t want & prepare ourselves to settle for it..

🚨 TELL THE STORY HOW YOU WANT IT TO BE! 🚨

- Don’t be afraid to look delusional 🫶🏽

Things can’t change if you’re only focused on what needs to change. Only focus on what you want in ways that feel good 🥰

You’ll meet some incredible people your trail. Remember that they’re a reflection of you.

Say yes to everything! Open up your heart space. Have compassion. Check “that part” of you that wants to judge “that part” of them. Give freely. Receive happily. Move confidently in love ✨
