I wonder how differently we all experience the same image. What feels familiar to one person might feel like an entirely different universe to another. 🪐

A little look at where this painting is right now. I’ve been playing with color, movement, and geometric forms, and I’m really enjoying watching it all come together. Still a ways to go! 🪐🧘🏻 by @mindful_aura

Gesture, rhythm & abstraction. 👁️

This is an older painting I’ve done, it was intentionally an exploration of movement through swift direction + repetition and contrast. Following the natural rhythm of the brush, allowing each gesture to influence the next.

Finding composition somewhere between instinct and intention. by @mindful_aura

Visual studies in intuition, movement and spontaneous expression. Painting when I don’t know what to paint but I need to just express somehow.

Watercolor / explorations in flow. Ended up having a theme of their own 💨 🏮 by @mindful_aura

Instinct / movement / transformation.

Untitled — Floral Study

Acrylic and oil on canvas.
Here I’m exploring the space between abstraction and organic form through layered color, delicate linework, brightness, and gestural blooms. Representing the nature of becoming by @mindful_aura

🍂🤎 Falling into a new season with my favorite people. More laughter, little adventures, cozy moments, and memories we’ll carry forever. Learning to slow down, be present, and cherish the beautiful life we’re building together. My family, my heart, my greatest blessing. We are so lucky!✨🍁 by @mindful_aura

I truly believe everyone needs to experience traveling alone at some point. There’s something so powerful about stepping away from the noise, tapping back into nature, embracing the silence, watching the sunset, and simply being present with yourself. No distractions, no expectations—just you :) the Earth, and the quiet reminder that you are a part of something so much greater. I’ve traveled 🧳 alone many times but not in a while, since before I got pregnant with my beautiful daughter. I’ve missed my solitude, for me this is SO refreshing and a way I nourish my soul aka my souly temple ✨ Sometimes, you have to wander away from everything familiar to find your way back to yourself. This time I was drawn to the Blue Ridge mountains, definitely a spot everyone should hit at least once in their lifetime. Staying in an off grid cabin. 🌿🌅 by @mindful_aura

🌞 There’s a certain kind of peace that comes from finding your way back to yourself through the things you once loved.
Traveling. Playing guitar. Sleeping under open skies. 🌌 Making things with my hands. Even the little rituals I forgot I missed—like wrapping a lighter just because I can. I used to go to parks or waterfronts and wrap lighters that I would end up selling for $20 in NY everywhere I went ! lol people liked them. A lot.
Somewhere in the middle of doing, I disappear into the moment. No clock or noise in my head. Just hands moving, curiosity leading, time passing unnoticed, feeling the breeze 💕 I haven’t done this in too long. by @mindful_aura
